in light of the coronavirus pandemic, we would like to update you on DHL shipping and delivery services as well as shopping on www.anotherapartment.com.
Our website remains open, should you choose to shop with us. Our dedicated customer service team is hard at work to ensure any questions you may have along the way are quickly answered, please do not hesitate to contact us.
ANOTHER APARTMENT is currently fulfilling all eligible orders at this time. You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order.
After placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days for your items to ship. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. All orders are shipped with Deutsche Post DHL. ANOTHER APARTMENT is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.
Please note, ANOTHER APARTMENT does not ship on weekends and major holidays. All items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancelation, return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
We are currently extending exchanges within 10 days of the order delivery date. If you are unable to meet this requirement, please contact us in advance.
All items (face masks excluded) are for exchange only or store credit. No refunds are permitted.
Once your return arrives to our facility, please allow for it to be processed within 7 days during this time.
If ANOTHER APARTMENT determines that any products are not in original condition an exchange will not be granted and the items will be shipped back to you.
**PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current COVID-19 Global Pandemic, we will be unable to process exchanges for the time being.**
In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged or mislabeled items may be exchanged for the proper item for free within 10 days of the order being placed.
Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. For international exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order.
**PLEASE NOTE: Items purchased during the markdown period or marked as FINAL SALE (or by using a discount code) are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final.
Sale Adjustments After Purchase:
If we markdown the price of an item you have already purchased, we will adjust the sale price at your request within 5 days of your shipment date.
ANOTHER APARTMENT does not participate in price matching with other retailers.
ANOTHER APARTMENT reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice.

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.
International items may be subject to delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These may be caused by changes in transport procedures (e.g. border controls), changes in international transport (e.g. cancellation of previously used flight connections) and/or changes in delivery procedures in the destination country (e.g. quarantine or other protective measures).
