Order Processing

Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam email folder.

Another Apartment does not ship on weekends or major holidays.

All orders are reviewed by our security team and can be cancelled by Another Apartment at any time.

Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information enclosed. All orders are shipped as priority mail with DHL Paket International (Germany) and will transferred to your local postal service. Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic, international items may be subject to delays.

Holiday Shipping Information

Please note that in order to receive your shipment by December 24, Another Apartment recommends that be placed on or before Friday, December 04 for international shipments and Tuesday, December 15 for shipments within Europe.



You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. All orders are shipped with DHL Paket International (priority mail). Another Apartment is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. When items are delivered, please check your parcel before open and before accepting it from the courier. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

Please note, Another Apartment does not ship on weekends and major holidays. All items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancelation, return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

We are currently extending exchanges within 10 days of the order delivery date. If you are unable to meet this requirement, please contact us in advance.

All items (face masks excluded) are for exchange only or store credit. No refunds are permitted.

Once your return arrives to our facility, please allow for it to be processed within 7 days during this time.

If Another Apartment determines that any products are not in original condition an exchange will not be granted and the items will be shipped back to you. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all original tags and poly bags attached. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current COVID-19 Global Pandemic, we will be unable to process exchanges for the time being.

Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. For international exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order.


PLEASE NOTE: Items purchased during the markdown period or marked as FINAL SALE (or by using a discount code) are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. All sales are final.

Sale Adjustments After Purchase:
If we markdown the price of an item you have already purchased, we will adjust the sale price at your request within 5 days of your shipment date.

Another Apartment does not participate in price matching with other retailers.

Another Apartment reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.


International Shipping (COVID-19)

International items may be subject to delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These may be caused by changes in transport procedures (e.g. border controls), changes in international transport (e.g. cancellation of previously used flight connections) and/or changes in delivery procedures in the destination country (e.g. quarantine or other protective measures).
